Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Innerwear and items marked final sale are not eligible.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange a pickup within 2 working days. A ₹79 reverse-shipping fee applies unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to stock. Choose the new size when you raise the request.

Once the return reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
A ₹79 reverse-shipping fee is deducted from the refund, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Items marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged. Everything else follows the 7-day policy above.
